By distorting the distinctions between home renovation and personal makeovers, Amy Honchell, Patricia Resseguie and Kristine Woods investigate the irony of using the 'prefabbed' to produce and 'one of a kind' identity. The result disruption and transformation of the home body create paradoxes that reside uncomfortably close to lived experience.
