Tradition is a cultural reproduction guarded by its reconfirming presence. Its symptoms of kitsch dispensability, alienation, and nostalgia are redutive and inescapable. This exhibition aims to liberate the reflexive agent in Latin American Art from its traditional limitations. This liberation re-introduces the work into a stratum in where the ar tist and public can communicate outside the confi nes of cultural boundaries.
