Anatomy is Destiny

Lifanova’s work explores themes of fate, staying power, authority, freedom and captivity via processes that oscillate between constructive and destructive. Anatomy is Destiny is both installation and choreographed performance piece, as the artist uses a human-scale game of chess to investigate the relational issues between audience and objects.
